Highlighting student work from the introductory sculpture course, "3D Approaches" taught by Dr. Grabowska.
An exercise in additive making. Students first made silicone casts out of small items and cast them in wax. Then they created an abstract form out of plaster. The last step was to weld the castings onto the plaster form to create a dynamic, non-representational work.
